About the Essences

 

Flower essences are herbal infusions that stimulate positive qualities already existing in our nature. The 20 Yogananda's Spirit-in-Nature Essences are prepared from fruit and nut trees and vegetable plants by the Bach Flower Essences method and interpreted by the world-renowned yoga master, Paramhansa Yogananda. Enjoying 30 years of case studies, testimonials, analysis and research, these flower essences were developed in 1977 by Lila Devi Stone in California. It is the oldest flower essence line outside the UK.

The essences are a form of vibrational therapy, in which a minute amount of a potentized substance produces powerful, dramatic, and, oftentimes, immediate results. Flower essences are not essential oils; they are not scented, nor do they possess any specific taste other than the natural preservative used. Rather than dealing directly with a negative emotional state or physical ailment, each of these herbal infusions has the ability to awaken an inherent positive soul quality.
